PDI accepts all forms of insurance. The following is a list of companies that PDI has contracted with. Health insurance benefits vary. It is always advisable to check with your insurance company regarding benefits prior to an exam. Payment plans can also be arranged through our billing department. PDI also offers low-cost self-pay fees for patients. Please call PDI at 414-529-3100 for specific information about a self pay price for your exam.
